We are a traditional family business located in the middle of the Ötztal Alps surrounded by breathtaking Three-thousander peaks. Vent is located at 1900m above sea-level and is a popular vacation destination and holiday spot for those who found their passion in the mountains. Our mountain hotel offers an extensive breakfast buffet, as well as half board with a 5-course menu in the evening.

Vent in winter #wintervacation
For a ski vacation in Austria, the Ötztal offers a pleasant stay. The family-friendly ski resort in Vent offers relaxing ski days without long waiting times. Small and charming, you discover skiing in its originality. But if you want to visit one of the largest ski areas in Tyrol, you will find countless kilometers of slopes in Sölden or Gurgl. Both ski areas are easy to reach by car or bus within twenty or thirty minutes. The bus stop is located directly at the hotel.
Off the slopes? Discover the white winter landscape with guided snowshoe hikes or with touring skis for adventurous vacation days. If you're looking over the edge of the slopes for the first time, you can book guided tours at the mountain guide office across the street and get tips from the pros. There are also guided tours in the weekly program.

In summer, Vent is an Eldorado for hikers and mountaineers. The mountain village offers easy hikes that are easily accessible for beginners and children. But also mountaineers and climbers find their adventure: Numerous of Three-thousander peaks are waiting to be conquered.
The Ötztal granite also offers opportunities to see the vertical way of life: With 19 outdoor climbing spots and around 750 routes, there is fun for everyone on a climbing trip in Tyrol - from families, to beginners, to advanced climbers.
